All sales are final. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for an exchange or 100% store Credit, for whatever reason, no questions asked, provided we get them back within 7 days of receiving your goods and in perfect sellable condition. Store credit remains valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Returning goods to The Concept Club is simple. You are eligible for an exchange up to 14 days after you have received your item, considering you have contacted us whilst in your 14 days of eligibility & your item is still in resellable condition. To do our bit for the environment the 'returns form' is not included in every order but is downloadable here. When posting the goods back to us we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

To complete an exchange you must fill out the 'returns form' which is downloadable here , purchase exchange postage (We can not offer free exchanges to customers outside of the UK as we already heavily discount shipping & pay the excess so shipping is affordable for you) and e-mail it to Hello@theConceptclub.com, with a copy of the form included in your parcel to aid us in identifying your return. Once you have done so, & we have received your items we will process your exchange. The Average wait period for an exchange is 7 days. You can also ask for store credit instead of an exchange. There is no pressure for you to order right away, as Your store credit lasts for 3 years. Exchanges can be used for different items, however items that have just been released will not be eligible. Once we have received your item & can confirm they are in a resell-able condition we will issue you store credit in the form of a unique code, so you can re-order the replacement jersey of your choice. Store credit will be the exact amount you paid for your items, but will not cover shipping.
If I am ordering from Non EU countries will I be liable for import taxes?
For customers in Non EU countries, goods being sent outside of the EU may expect customs or import duties to be applied once the package has reached its designated county.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient (including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, holding fees). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they will be
