Q. My card isn't working on your website, what can I do?

A. Banks may refuse your purchase because we charge in £GBP. The solution is to check out via PayPal and use your card there. Here's how.

Q. I can't find my confirmation e-mail, has my order gone through?

A. Every successful order creates an automatic confirmation e-mail. If you have not received this e-mail your card may not have allowed the purchase.

Q. I have my tracking number, can you tell me when my order will arrive?

A. We are unable give you the exact date, however we can assist you with tracking your item if your choice of delivery allows so.

Q. Are your Jerseys real?

A. Yes! All designs are printed on real, authentic, high-end sportswear apparel.

Q. Do you do customised items?

A. On request, yes! However, custom items are non-refundable with a 25 MOQ!

Q. Why don't you do refunds on certain items?

A. This is because our items are mostly made to order! Also, we want to avoid complications you may incur when posting back to us, where possible, as this can cause very frustrating situations! This is why we are more than happy to answer questions you may have on the products, before or after you purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, let us know and we will do our best to amend the issue with either a partial refund or a discount code for a future purchase.

Q. I am having trouble placing an order online, do you take phone orders?

A. We are unable to take orders over the phone, but we are always glad to speak to you on the phone and try and fix any issues. Contact us.

Q. I need to change my order, who can help with this?

A. If you want to edit or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible via our e-mail Team@TheConceptClub.com. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to make any amendments.

Q. Do you offer discount codes?

A. We do! We regularly send out discount codes, competitions and special offers to followers of our Instagram/ Twitter @TheConceptClub or our e-mail list.

Q. I represent a Brand who want to be stocked in your shop, how can this happen?

A. We are happy to review your lookbook if you send it digitally to Opportunties@TheConceptClub.com. If we feel that we might be able to work together, we will be in contact.

Q. Are your products Legit?

A. Amazed that we get asked this… but we’re always proud to answer that of course they are; we work directly with an amazing and very talented manufacturer in the UK who help bring our ideas to life.

Q. How do I find out about the release date of an item?

A. Our Instagram or twitter @TheConceptClub is dedicated to forthcoming products with the most accurate dates we can provide. Naturally, they are subject to change, but it serves as a good guide.

Q. Can you reserve items?

A. Not everything, but some items are available on pre-order. Have a look and browse the products.

Q. Who can I ask about restocks?

A. Many of the items we sell are limited styles, editions and colourways, and sometimes we are unable to get hold of more stock. However, we never mind confirming this specifically to each product so feel free to contact us.

Q. How long before I get a refund?

A. Provided you are eligible, once we’ve sent an email to say that we have issued a refund for you, it can take anywhere between 2 and 5 working days, depending on which bank you are with.

Q. Is it safe to order online?

A. Yes, very. TheConceptClub.com works very closely with Paypal, and uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Any sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers.

Q. Which credit cards do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards, we are also able to accept paypal payments.

Q. Which currencies can I use?

A. We accept payment in £ GBP, $ USD and € EUR. Whilst browsing the site you are able to convert the currency in real time, however you may be billed in £GBP.
